These Terms of Service apply to services provided by Oscar R Gonzalez and Ayla Randall Mendez, a general partnership doing business as Furry Friends Waste Removal (“Furry Friends Waste Removal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or opting into our text messaging program, you agree to the applicable provisions of these Terms.
1. SMS/Text Message Program:
Furry Friends Waste Removal offers an optional SMS/MMS messaging program for customers and individuals who have requested information about our services.
By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in, you authorize Furry Friends Waste Removal to send text messages to the number provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2. Types of SMS Messages:
Depending on the consent you provide and your relationship with us, messages may include:

- Scheduling and appointment reminders

4. Messaging Frequency:
Message frequency varies based on your service activity and interactions with us. You may receive recurring messages.
Customers may receive transactional messages associated with quotes, scheduled visits, service completion, billing, and account support. If you separately opt into promotional messages, you may receive up to four promotional text messages per month.
5. Messaging and Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and mobile service plan. Furry Friends Waste Removal is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
6. Opting Out:
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.
After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message. No additional messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide new consent or the communication is otherwise permitted by law.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel your pet waste removal service. Necessary service communications may instead be provided by telephone or email.

8. Mobile Information and Privacy
Mobile information, including telephone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share information with vendors that help us provide messaging, scheduling, payment, customer-support, or other operational services. These providers may use the information only to perform services on our behalf.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging services necessary to deliver the SMS program.

9. Supported Carriers
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of participating carriers and networks.
10. Eligibility and Accuracy:
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate in our messaging program.
You represent that you are the authorized subscriber or customary user of the telephone number you provide. You agree to notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.
11. Changes to the Messaging Program
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue our SMS program at any time. We may also update these Terms. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
