How it works?
Getting Started
Enter your zip code to ensure you are in our service area. fill in the required information on the sign-up form. If you have any questions, please reach out on our Contact Us page or give us a call.
Portal Set Up
Once you have finished signing up, you will receive an email with instructions to set up your customer portal. Use your portal to manage services, payments, track cleanings, and view invoices.
Initial Clean Up
A Member of our team will reach out to schedule your initial cleaning and answer all questions.
On Cleanup Day
- We’ll text you 60 minutes before arrival. You don’t need to be home, be sure that we have yard access, and no aggressive dogs are out.
- Our tech will follow a thorough route and double-check the yard to ensure all waste is removed.
- We’ll text a photo of your closed gate and disinfect all tools with kennel-grade sanitizer to help keep every pup safe from illness.
Payment and invoicing
After the initial cleanup or once your promotional trial is over, payment will be processed after each regular service. An invoice will be sent to you via email and will be available to review within your customer portal.
