Are all areas of the property cleaned?

We clean all outdoor areas of your property with dog waste, including front, back, side yards, and everywhere else!

We love dogs, but for the safety of our team, we’re unable to clean your yard if your dog is aggressive. If your dog has a history of aggression, please keep them inside on your cleaning day.

We’ll text you 60 minutes before we arrive to give you plenty of time to bring your dogs inside. If our team arrives and finds an aggressive dog in the yard, we’ll have to skip the cleaning. A visitation charge will be applied, and you’ll need to reschedule.

No! We do not require you to be home for your service, but we ask that you provide us with easy access to your backyard. However, for initial cleaning, we love meeting our clients. We can get acquainted with your dog and discuss your yard and the service. If the yard is locked you will need to provide a key or gate access so that we can properly enter and complete your cleaning. If we cannot access the yard on the scheduled service day and cannot reschedule a visit charge will be applied.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No! Through your customer portal, you can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time or by calling our office.

Once the cleanup is completed, all the waste will be disposed of in the customers’ trash bin. For a small premium, we can take the pet waste and properly dispose of it so you don’t have to worry about stinking up your trash can.

Yes, just let us know the requested day and we will do our best to accommodate it. If your requested cleanup day is unavailable, we will offer 2-3 options. After which waste is collected on the same day(s) each week.

No, we do not provide arrival times because we optimize our routes for drive time the day before services are completed to help keep costs low. For your convenience we send out text alerts 60 minutes prior to arrival.

To get started, we’ll need your credit card information to create your customer portal. This is a secure place where you can manage your payment details at any time.

After your first cleanup, or once your trial period ends, we’ll process your payment after each regular service. We’ll also send you an invoice by email, which you can always view in your customer portal.
